Glenwood L. (Woody) Garvey has more than 35 years experience in corporate and project management, planning, architecture and urban design of significant projects for corporate, institutional and governmental clients, in the U.S. and over 30 countries. As president of two Los Angeles-based architecture and planning firms, he has profitably managed contracts with construction values well over $1 Billion US, including innovative projects and programs for mixed-use development, regional planning and new towns, industrial facilities, airports, hotels, and recreation, exhibition and entertainment facilities.
Mr. Whitney has over 45 years of experience as a real estate advisor, and has worked throughout the United States and in more than 40 foreign countries, many situated in the Middle East. These countries include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Tunisia, India, Kazakhstan and Jordan. Prior to his return to full-time status operating W&W in April 2000, he served as a Principal with AA for ten years, the last three years headquartered in their London office.
His duties with Andersen included the establishment of Company's real estate consulting practices in Southern California and in the Asia Pacific Region, then re-locating to England and serving as a resource to Andersen’s European and Middle East Real Estate and Hospitality consulting practices.
